Sneaker Return Protection Due to the nature of sneaker reselling, JUSTON3 carefully verifies all returned products. Returns will be rejected if: • sneakers have been worn • the item has been modified or tampered with • the returned item is not the exact original product shipped

Refund Processing After receiving and inspecting the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
